2. Capacity to repay the loan
Will you be able to repay the money loaned?
Are there sufficient funds to support repayment of the loan before any income is generated by the business?
3. Community
Do you have friends and family members who will be supportive throughout the process or creating and building your business?
4. Creation/Conditions
Loaned funds must be used to create or expand a business within the Western Maricopa Enterprise Zone in Maricopa County, Arizona. This includes economically depressed areas in the cities of El Mirage, Avondale and Surprise, AZ. Western Maricopa Enterprise Zone map.
